Walk in the Park Pictures, LLC, is dedicated to creating the most innovative film and television productions in the Southeast. With offices in North Carolina, we are owned and operated by practicing film artists who have won awards and recognition with NBC/Universal; the Cannes International Film Festival; National Foundation for Advancement in the Arts; The 48 Hour Film Project; Cape Fear Independent Film Festival; Scholastic, Inc.; and more. We have worked with Time Magazine, Inc.; WE Television Network; the History Channel; and multiple studio and independent feature films. With over twenty-five combined years of professional experience, Walk in the Park Pictures offers expertise in HD and film.

Walk in the Park Pictures offers affordable Production and Post-Production services for Commercials, Promotional Videos, Industrials, Music Videos and Films. We will work with clients to create an original concept and look for your product, while continually finding ways to keep costs low!

Meet the Company
Dan Creative Director Dan A. R. Kelly

(Dan@WalkintheParkPictures.com) graduated from UNC-School of the Arts for Film Directing in 2001. He has won awards and recognition with National Foundation for Advancement in the Arts; Scholastic, Inc.; the Cannes International Film Festival; the Cape Fear Independent Film Festival; the 48 Hour Film Project; South Carolina Theater Association; Southeastern Theater Conference; and others. Dan's career as an actor has included lead roles in many short and independent films, as well as minor roles in major studio films. Dan has also worked behind-the-camera on television programs and feature films, such as The 5th Quarter, WE Network's Bridezillas, and the History Channel.

Technical Director Matthew Mandarano

(Matthew@WalkintheParkPictures.com) is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a B.A. in Film and Video Production. He has shot for a variety of clients including TIME, Inc.; Maggiano's Little Italy; Unimin, Inc.; Glen Raven, Inc. and Bradman-Lake Corp., Inc., just to name a few. In addition, Matthew has shot for many regional and national music acts; worked for the nationally syndicated PBS programs "Simple Living with Wanda Urbanska" and "Moneytrack;" and lensed a variety of narrative film and video productions. Matthew currently resides in Winston-Salem, N.C.

Artistic Director Xoey HAWK

(Xoey@WalkintheParkPictures.com) is an award-winning sculptor and painter, and a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Heather has worked as Production Designer and Scenic Artist for theaters throughout North and South Carolina, having designed and painted over a dozen sets and backdrops. Heather's sculpture "Inhabitant" took 2nd place in the UNC Juried Exhibition. Her avant-garde, stop-motion film "The Fittest" was exhibited at the Gatewood Gallery. Heather was selected for the Art at Work Traveling Exhibition, and her work has been published in the Coraddi Art and Literary Magazine.

Business Director Benjamin M. Pauly

(Ben@WalkintheParkPictures.com), a graduate of Winthrop University, has worked for international corporations like GE, NCR, Micros, Perrigo, and Duke Energy. Ben has won numerous writing and scholastic awards with Maggie's Drawers, the Cripple Creek Review, Duke University, Upstate Regional Science Fair and MCA Television's "Puttin on the Hits." An active member of Mensa America, Ben owns and operates BMP Nutrients and has worked with live theater and entertainment venues throughout upstate South Carolina.

Media Services Director Johnathan D. Walker

(Johnathan@WalkintheParkPictures.com) earned his Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from UNC-School of the Arts. Also trained in piano, guitar, music theory and composition, Johnathan has worked with the Piedmont Opera Theatre, The Opera Company of North Carolina, Magnolia Baroque Festival, Gardner Webb University and numerous community organizations. He has received recognition from NATS, Dover Foundation and Fiestaval National Choral Competition, where he was awarded Best Soloist. Johnathan scored mutiple films and plays, including the Walk in the Park production of "Queen's Gambit." As the Joint Producer and Engineer at Neophonic Studios, Johnathan recorded and mixed for a variety of bands. Johnathan's professional Webmaster experience includes high level proficiency in HTML, CSS, Flash animation, Actionscript, Javascript, MySQL, XML (Extensible Markup Language) and PHP (Hypertext Processing). He is currently the webmaster of Walk in the Park Pictures LLC, Wilburn Medical USA, and George Arnold and Associates.
